Refund and Return Policy

At WatchLover3, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please carefully review the details of our refund and return policy below.

Order Cancellation Policy (UAE & GCC)

  • Cancellation Before or After Shipping:
    • Customers can cancel their orders at any stage (before or after shipping).
    • Upon cancellation, the refund will be 50% of the total order value, excluding:
      • Payment processing fees.
      • Delivery charges (if the order has already been shipped).
    • Refunds will be processed within:
      • 1-2 working days for UAE orders.
      • 5-10 working days for GCC orders.

Return and Replacement Policy (GCC Only)

  • Return Process:
    If you wish to return an item, you must notify us and follow the steps for approval. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and proceed with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Replacement Timing:
    For GCC countries, processing returns and replacements can take 5-15 working days after receiving the returned item.

    • The replacement item will be shipped to you once the returned item is inspected and approved.

General Return Policy (UAE Only)

  • Timeframe:
    Returns/Replace are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    To qualify for a return:

    • The item must be in the same condition as received.
    • It must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Fees (UAE):

    • A 50 AED fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  1. Items that have been used, are in a different condition than delivered, or have been misused.
  2. Items marked as “no return or replace” in the product description.
  3. Items that do not have any defects or issues (i.e., items that are in perfect condition as delivered).
  4. Items where the product description was not read carefully prior to purchase.

Refunds

  • Approval Process:
    Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

    • If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method/bank transfer
    • Refunds are processed within 1 business day after approval, but bank processing times may vary.
